b. Priority to the Core Activities to be implemented as soon as possible, in particular the granting of research projects. 

c. Priority to the networking activities, particularly in creating a Global Horticulture Portal servicing the target stakeholders of GlobalHort: scientists, educators, trainers, responsible managers, decision takers, policy makers, private entrepreneurs... in the public, private or civil sectors. The open positions for a webmaster and for a ICT manager shall be described and advertised.
